This tool is essential for servicing the rear clutch these transmissions. Efficiently removes the Low/Reverse clutch piston at the rear of the case. Simplifies the removal of the clutch spring retainer, saving and effort during transmission repairs. Engages securely with the lugs and compresses the piston return spring to allow for easy access to the snap . The operation is straightforward and can be completed in minutes. Constructed from 1/4" thick steel for durability. Features a black coated finish to resist corrosion and rust, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. Position the tool ends into the case ridges to secure. Turn the shank to compress the spring, use snap pliers to remove the snap , then release the shank to relieve tension. Remove the tool and the snap , then use compressed air to eject the piston.
