These devices are based the ASR605x chips (ASR6501, ASR6502), integrating PSoC 4000 series MCU (ARM Cortex M0+ Core) with SX1262 LoRa chipset. They support LoRaWAN 1.0.2 and feature ultra-low power consumption, with a deep sleep current of just 3.5uA, making them ideal for battery-operated IoT applications. Each model in the series is equipped with robust USB interfaces and comprehensive protection measures, ensuring reliability and ease of use in program downloading and debugging.
