I have ordered 2 protein shakes. This company has cancelled one of them without any explanation also the refund for canceled product was not issued at all. So I have to fight with the bank for refund. And second protein shake apparently has been delivered unfortunately nobody knows where. And this company claims I have the package and that is it. They respond very late, within time frame but waiting for each question 2 days later. You can imagine resolving this will be taking long time. Due to management ignorance I have to dispute it through the bank. Filling form and staff definitely not worth the purchase and wasting time.
