Because the TDA1541 is "inhaling" about 2MA of current per channel, there is 0.002*R (IV resistor) V voltage at the output.
In accordance with the 1.8K resistor: 1.8K * 0.002 = 3.6V at the coupling capacitor side
The TDA1387 is "exhaled" 0.54MA of current per channel, 4 and is 2.16MA of current, the out side has -0.00216*R(I/V resistor) V voltage.
According to the calculation of 1.8K resistor: the coupling capacitor has -1.8K*0.00216=-3.888V
Note for substitution:
Because the TDA1541 output is positive voltage, so the circuit the positive side of the coupling capacitor connected to the 1541 pin.
The TDA1387 is a negative output, so after the replacement, the coupling capacitor the board should be reversed, or use a non-polarized capacitor.
