STOP buying from this seller. This seller is scammer. Be careful with high value/price order. Seller will scam you. Do not believe a word seller has mentioned about his product. I ordered high price new Sony alpha 7R camera, but received used and defect camera. not only this I asked seller why seal is opened, he tried to make up his reason which sounded promising but turns out inside the box cable, battery of camera were duplicate and the camera was used and it was Chinese version even though I was told the product is European version. He tried to counterfiet duplicate print on the sony original box as well. Luckily, I recorded everything to claim by refund. This seller should be kicked out of OnBuy

This was my first buy on OnBuy, so I was a little nervous spending such a large amount, but the items all arrived, as described. Snow Wolf gives great customer service, one lens was faulty but I was able to return it and received a working replacement, in a sealed new box, in a reasonable time. I didn't realise he was shipping from China initially, but having understood the delivery times on that basis the entire process made far more sense. These prices are excellent, too. So yes, I would recommend Snow Wolf and would certainly buy from him again in future.
