Enhance your sound healing therapy and meditation practice with this silver 128HZ tuning fork.
For listening, hold the 128 Tuner by the stem and gently tap the weights on your knees or tapping pad. Bring the tuning fork(s) to your ears and adjust the distance by tone. Hold one fork about an inch from your left ear and one an inch from to the right ear. This creates a long sustained pitch.
In general, 128 Hz Tuning Fork can be placed on any joint, trigger points or any soft tissue area that is safe to receive pressure. Note* When vibrating any area never do more than three taps and placements of this fork in an area because more tapping just exhaust your tissues and nullify the benefits of the Nitric Oxide.
