Suggested Use

As a food supplement, take 1 scoop with 236 ml of cold water 15-30 minutes before training. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of sleep.

Creatine monohydrate, beta alanine, betaine anhydrous, malic acid, choline bitartrate, silica, natural and artifical flavor, caffeine anhydrous, citric acid, calcium silicate, n-acetyl l-tyrosine, maltodextrin, sucralose, calcium carbonate, acesulfame potassium, niacinamide (nicotinamide), folic acid, olive leaf extract (olea europaea) (std. min. 40% oleuropein), thiamin (as thiamin mononitrate), vitamin b12 (as cyanocobalamin), vitamin b6 (as pyridoxine hcl), fd&c red 40.
