Fitness Mad Blue Medium Resistance Band Kun 1,5m x 15cm

I'm a nearly 77 year old, tall man trying to keep fit. I find these bands more flexible in use than the tubular stretch bands (which I also use for some exercises). Being tall, I probably sometimes overstretch bands on some exercises but they do last almost a year generally. Whilst I have got onto my 3rd band, my wife has just used one all through! We find them ideal to use to some YouTube seniors exercise videos and generally do 20 to 50 minutes per day (and allow some rest days, of course).

Great way to help to stay fit at the moment, lots of options on how to use it and all at a great price.
