PTC08 is an industrial-grade image acquisition and processing module that integrates image capture, shooting control, data compression, and serial transmission. Its built-in high-performance digital signal processing chip enables high-ratio compression of images. The output images adopt the standard JPEG format, ensuring easy compatibility with various image processing software.
The module features a standard three-wire -232 communication interface and a simple image transmission protocol, allowing seamless connectivity with computers and embedded systems. Additionally, it includes a reserved infrared fill-light interface, which supports external infrared light panels for clear imaging under various lighting conditions.

The PTC08 Serial Camera Module consists of two main parts: the module body and the serial connection cable. These two components are linked via a 4-pin 2.0mm pitch standard connector, which allows for easy plugging and unplugging.
