Suggested Use

Use once a day as a conditioner on clean lashes, or under makeup as a primer. Apply RapidShieldÆ onto the full length of the lashes. Repeat on the other eye. The eye area should be completely clean of any makeup or eye creams. Allow conditioner to dry before applying other face products.
