Chip is an enhanced 1T 8051 Single chip microcomputer developed For Xinsheng electronics. The CPU working frequency can reach 16MHz. It has built-in 16k Bytes FLASH program memory and 512 Bytes data memory. It supports 2.0V to 5.5V wide operating voltage and-40 to 85 operating temperature, and has high anti-interference capability of 4KV ESD and 4KV EFT.
HC89S003F4 provides rich peripheral resources, including 5 16-bit timers/counters, 3 groups of 12-bit complementary PWM with dead zone control, 1 8-bit PWM,2 UARTs, one SPI, etc. to 32MHz clock is provided internally, and peripherals can select to 32MHz clock through configuration. The internal full mapping PTM module provides a configuration method to map all peripheral resource pins to any pin of the 18 bidirectional IO of the single chip microcomputer, which greatly facilitates the hardware design of users.
The built-in high-precision 32MHz RC and 11+2 12-bit ADCs with an error of less than 2% are equipped with functions such as watchdog, low voltage detection and CRC check, and TSSOP20 (4mm * 6.5mm) is provided. And QFN20 (3mm * 3mm).
