TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) indicates how many milligrams of Dissolved Solids were Dissolved in 1 liter of water. In general, the higher the TDS, the more soluble the water contains, the more unclean the water is. Therefore, the value of TDs can be used as one of the bases to reflect the cleanliness of water.
