This is unexceptable to take my funds, confirm a delivery window, then nothing arrives. Not sure if the issue is with the seller or the delivery folks. That's for you to determine. In the meantime I want my money BACK. Credited to my account, in cash or in my Visa account.

⭐ 1 star – Sold me an expired product, then denied responsibility. SCAMMER ALERT!!!

I only realised the product was expired when I went to use it — I could kick myself for not checking as soon as it arrived. But the fact remains: nowhere in the listing did it say the product was out of date by 7 months, and the item I received matched the advert exactly, so there’s no doubt it came from this seller.

When I raised the issue, I was met with rude and dismissive responses, and they even denied it was their product! Instead of acknowledging the problem, they hid behind a 30-day return window and refused to engage properly.

I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. Buyers beware Scammers!!
