Buen servicio de atención al cliente
Product was faulty, Seller was awful , took ages to answer , multiple emails to try and get one part replaced , kept avoiding the issue when, just a straight forward replacement should have been issued. Dragged it out until the window for refund/ return closed now have a chair that I can't use as I E of the legs is missing and cost me £130. Disgusted with how I was treated. I do NOT recommend this seller go find another one. Beware !

The service was absolutely fantastic no fuss no waiting for my delivery no chasing my order received exactly what I’d ordered brilliant customer service I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to shop on line with a professional company that care about there customers great value for money item sold I’d definitely shop with OnBuy again as I said I personally could not. fault them and I placed another order straight after receiving my first they are brilliant genuine review

Sellers service was excellent. Packed well and delivered on time. Onbuy emails kept me up to date with delivery status and tracking. Very happy with the entire experience. Fingers crossed I don’t need to contact customer service but also hoping they are as good as the service received to date if I do need to.
