Nefasta, jamás he recibido el producto de más de 100€…. Después de muchas “apologías” y que supuestamente enviaban otro producto, tampoco lo he recibido. Tuve varios mails con ellos, todo está documentado

Ho ordinato il prodotto tramite OnBuy presso il venditore ATALondon il 3 dicembre 2025. Inizialmente sarebbe dovuto arrivare all'incirca tra il 10 ed il 17 dicembre. In un secondo momento mi è stato notificato l'arrivo tra il 20 ed il 27 dicembre 2025. Il prodotto è stato spedito ma mai consegnato. Ho scritto ad ATALondon ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Ho invece ricevuto assistenza da OnBuy, che provvederà al rimborso della cifra spesa. Sconsiglio di acquistare prodotti se il venditore risulta essere ATALondon.

All I have received from the seller is confirmation of the order. I was told it would arrive last week, there is no tracking information and the product hasn't arrived. I find that having bought this through OnBuy it is adding an extra layer of confusion as I don't know who to contact - as I paid for this on Klarna I have asked them to sort it out or cancel the order. I won't be using OnBuy again.
