Der Kontakt war problemlos und hat zur Problemlösung beigetragen. Es wäre nur wünschenswert, dass die Zollvorschriften transparent und im Voraus bekannt wären. Dies hätte viel Zeit gespart.

It isn’t new! Whether it’s genuine is hard to determine. It smelled like cigarettes. I had to pay unexpected import duties. When I tried to return it, the seller provided neither a return label nor a return address in the Netherlands. Poor customer service. Most likely a dropshipper. Fortunately, OnBuy handled everything properly themselves. Still, I would advise them not to allow this seller on their platform anymore.
