I specifically selected the business delivery option in the form and provided my company address, yet the package was dropped off at a local parcel shop anyway. As a business, we cannot have employees leaving the workplace to go and haul large packages back to the office. This defeats the entire purpose of ordering business shipping. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

After many emails it seems like they might have it redirected to my workplace, but it's too much to go thorugh. I will never do business with them again.
