Placed an order and received a message saying that the product was "out of stock", offering me a substitute that was nothing like what I ordered. I replied asking for a refund and received no response from the seller. I sent a cancellation request, and again received no reply. Then I was sent a message saying the order had been despatched, despite having been cancelled. I contacted Customer Suppport, and have been told I will receive a refund. The item that had allegedly been despatched never turned up, nor was I given any instructions about returning it if it did, which makes me doubt that anything was ever despatched. This seller is either untrustworthy or incompetent.

Ordered it when it was on sale. A week later, the seller contacted that it was out of stock, and I need to initiate the refund by cancelling the order. Seems dodgy company, Slow and poor customer service.
