Had the audacity to reduce their partial refund option to me, rather than actually address the problem with a full refund or return option. Still unresolved at the time of writing this review.

A day after placing my order I tried to cancel the order because I read in the reviews that these are fake samsungs. They answered, which was nice in itself but unfortunately I didn't like the answer, that they were unable to cancel my order even though my order wasn't due to arrive for another ten days. My request did make my order arrive a lot faster, but as suspected they are fake.
