ik heb de bestelling nooit ontvangen. Hieronder kopie van mijn klachten e-mail van 31/8/2026 aan de transporteur Sypost:-
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am contacting you regarding the order I placed with OnBuy, for which I have included the delivery address and the information shown on your website.
Your system states that the parcel was delivered on 28 August 2026, at either 6:42 p.m. or 5:22 p.m.. This information is contradictory, and more importantly, no delivery took place. I was not at home at that time, but several household members were present. None of them received any parcel. Nothing was left with neighbours, and there is no physical evidence whatsoever that a delivery attempt was made.
This situation is unacceptable.
I request immediate clarification and demand that you provide:
A detailed delivery report,
The exact GPS location registered at the time of the alleged delivery,
A signed proof of delivery or any other documentation your courier claims to have.
As the goods are urgently required, I expect you to resolve this matter without delay. If the parcel cannot be located, I insist on an immediate replacement shipment or a full refund.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond promptly.

J ai commandé les figurines depuis début juillet
Commande nr t 6ksnkh au prix de 33,65 plus le port de 5 euros et jamais arrivées.
C est dommage car le site est intéressant et je souhaitais en racheter d autres.
Pouvez vous m aider pour savoir si je vais les recevoir ou bien rembourse le moi.
