Total rubbish had my money for 5 weeks before issuing a refund after I complained . They then informed me the goods were out of stock. Don't bother buying from them look elsewhere

This item was ordered, I then got an update saying it was out for delivery. I then received a message from the seller to say that due to unforeseen circumstances this item was no longer available, they then gave me the option of having a full refund or picking two other items ( around the same value ) which I thought was a really good offer and sent through my choices of replacement, another email was sent saying that a full refund would be given and I was not given any reason despite asking why the initial offer of two replacements was withdrawn. I also note that this item is still showing as available to buy!
The refund was duly actioned and it has been received but overall not really a great experience
