3 months before i ordered headphones after 1 month i got refund because they didnot give me on time.This time i ordered Whey protein on 12 may they told me to deliver on 21st of may but till date i have not received my delivery what a hell! and they are not responding as well on buy is a scam shameless people working poor customer service

Dreadful customer service. A week late in arriving and when it did it was 4 x 2kg bags instead of the 1 x 12kg bag I had ordered and it came from Amazon???? I am still awaiting the tracking details that were promised to me when I ordered and I would most certainly advise anyone looking to buy from this company to think very carefully before you do. Only given one star as can't give no star. Worst company I've dealt with in a long time.

UPDATE: Several days later and I still have not received the 4kg of dog food owed to me and no offer to refund. Latest response to the balance due to be with me was that it would be here within 48 hours. Nothing received and now the seller is saying they do not have the stock to send me. So they are accepting orders and taking money from customers for items they may not actually be able to deliver. Please do not get caught in the same way I did......BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.
