The item did not arrive, even after the expected delivery window. I was informed a replacement cannot be sent as it is now sold out. Since this was going to be a gift for my daughter, I’m really disappointed.

It took 2 weeks for these to arrive and once I opened them I messaged the seller It has took this company 2 days to answer and so far they are offering 20% refund. These pillows are not fit for purpose. They are thinner / flatter than a pillow that has been used for years..
