This is an EP4CE6E22 FPGA development board with a JTAG download port, conveniently connected to a Blaster downloader.
Onboard peripherals include: a CH340 serial port chip, a W25Q memory chip,
5 LEDs, and 5 pull- buttons.
One 27Mhz pushbutton.

Two active crystal oscillators, one 50Mhz.
Selectable pin voltages, allowing you to drive modules with different voltages.
Due to the FPGA's tendency to lose program data upon power failure, you must flash the program to the onboard EPCS memory chip. After flashing, you must power again.
