Instructions for wiring the circuit board and the vibration (ceramic transducer):1. The circuit board must not be powered without load; it must not be powered without cleaning fluid during cleaning; the two wiring pieces of the vibration are divided into positive and negative poles and must not be connected in reverse.
2. When welding the power cord of the vibration , it must be welded the side with two silver layers, and the other side is the vibration surface, which can be pasted under the cleaning basin (this is the component description of the purchased ceramic transducer).
3. The silver layer the ceramic sheet is not resistant to high temperatures. When welding the power cord, the temperature of the soldering iron should not exceed 280 degrees. It is best to use a constant temperature soldering iron and set the soldering iron temperature to 250 degrees.
