The ideal diode module adopts a dedicated chip to simulate an ideal diode rectifier. It uses 0.8mR low-resistance MOS in parallel, which has a small voltage drop during high current operation, avoiding the high voltage drop of 0.7V of ordinary diodes. In actual wind-cooled conditions, it can handle to 40A. The module can theoretically handle more than 60A when attached to a large heat sink. The module requires a grounding wire. Compared to the ideal diode without a ground wire, it has better anti-interference ability, a wider range of applications, and more stable output.
