Pairing Instructions:
1. First, open your phone's Settings - - turn pairing. The charging case must be close to your phone for your phone to receive the earphone signal (do not plug in the charger during pairing).
2. Place your original earphones into the charging case - open the lid, press and hold the charging case button until the white light flashes and an audible prompt sounds, then release the button.
3. Your phone is now searching for your earphones. Just wait. Do not repeatedly open and close the charging case lid due to the long wait .
4. A pairing window will (or display the name of your earphones). Click to connect and wait for the connection to complete. Once complete, you can use them normally. If the - window indicates that it is not your earphone, first turn the charging case into pairing mode, then click "Connect via iCloud" to pair. Alternatively, you can ignore this display and wait for the dialog box showing "Your Earphone Name" your phone before pairing.
5. Open the charging case again. If the - window your phone displays normally, pairing is complete.
