iCESugar is an open source FPGA development board based Lattice iCE40UP5k designed and made by Zhaoheng Technology. Though it's small and exquisite, it contains rich peripheral resources board including RGB LED, , TYPE-C-USB, Micro-USB. Also, it has an -board debugger called iCELink which is based ARM Mbed DAPLink. You can just drag the FPGA bitstream into the virtual disk to program with a convenience, since the iCELink supports drag-and-drop programming, USB CDC serial port and JTAG.
