NOW GTF Chromium is a biologically active form of chromium known as chromium nicotinate glycinate. This form is also known as "Glucose Tolerance Factor" (GTF) because it is most similar to the form that was originally isolated from a food source.

Suggested Use

Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.
