I have used it for over a year. I get muscle & arthritic pain from an abnormal spinal impediment. This helps me to manage the pain, to rest & even to concentrate better. I have one or two drops that I just take from a teaspoon, four times a day (around breakfast, lunch, tea & mid to late evening - generally allowing a minimum of 4 hours between doses, though 3 hours can suffice, sometimes). I allow it to just sit around my mouth for about 20 or 30 seconds, before swallowing. This helps it to act a little sooner... with almost immediate effects felt.
A version of this oil, originally got me right (Pure Life). I had already been having to get off high doses of codeine & prevent kidney/renal damage. I had studied about this treatment over many moons & am over the moon to get access to this.
Our dog (small Jack Russell type of over 11 years) has also been on it for over a year - Again, a game changer for the better with her. She has an arthritic back knee & has a small drop in the morning & evening - which she licks off my finger just before breakfast, then has on a white button just before her evening dentastix at 8pm. Even when she had to have some antibiotics for an ear infection, she was able to have her 'magic oil.'
If you are new to it, introduce a small daily dose into your system, first, & up it gradually, as we would with a medicine. New doses or extra ones, especially when you are tired, can raise the heart rate, slow your thinking or make you feel a bit more giddy for instance, for a short period. Take it shortly before a rest & see how you go.

I wasn't sure how this would work without THC but after getting it, I can say it actually does help with pains, anxiety or whatever.
