The light switch was exactly what I needed

Ordered this product end of April In preparation of having my media wall installed. The media wall was completed 3 weeks ago. I contacted the supplier to advise the light have been intermittent and then stopped working.

As expected the supplier asked for photos which is sent over and explained the light normally has a glowing light on the plate however mine did not and my light would not turn on. Again the supplier came back asking for more photos to which point I asked them what they wanted to see… as the lights and switch were not working.

I have been back and forward for days to be told the transformer hasn’t been installed, In my correspondence I have clearly stated I had and electrician complete the Job and happy to supply a report.

The customer service I have received has been poor and will not be buying from this supplier in the future.

I have installed a normal switch on the lights and they work perfectly.

The remote control supplied with this does Not work the switch, the switch only works on a phone if connected to WiFi.
If you have no WiFi, don't buy this. No idea why the remote is supplied if it can't operate it.

This is the second switch for us, slightly different from the last one, but easy to install and works brilliantly. The bonus was the battery for the remote, which the first didn't have. The only downside was the instructions in chinese, but I managed. Excellent product, highly recommended.

I am really happy with my order of the remote control light switch. The switch was very easy to install and it works really well, I ordered it for my Father-in-law who has just come out of hospital and will be bed bound for some time and can't get out of bed to turn the lights on or off, but this switch is really simple and very easy for him to use.

easy to install and pair with remote, fits all uk boxes, the backing is black and could have done with being white but that a personal preference

This was bought as a replacement for a previous similar item which had gone faulty. I'm sure it will work fine, but can't say for sure at the moment because this product is slightly deeper that the old one, and so it will not fit in the existing knockout box in the wall, and so I can't install it until I have changed the knockout box for a deeper one.

Arrived on time . Simple to fit and easy use.Can cotrol my distant outside light from the house. Just what I wanted.

Works Well slightly awkward to fit glass front . Drive the car in or out the garage switch the lights on or off from inside the car .

I got this because I install a sliding door in my bedroom but was able to move the light switch.. what can I say other than “perfect, amazing and very stylish” oh yeah, and well worth the money, highly recommended.....go buy it, you won’t be disappointed

Easy to instal, fit to UK socket! convenience remote lazy control working as it should, same like sensitive touch sensor.. good quality for money, i'll recommended - happy customer :)
