As expected the supplier asked for photos which is sent over and explained the light normally has a glowing light on the plate however mine did not and my light would not turn on. Again the supplier came back asking for more photos to which point I asked them what they wanted to see… as the lights and switch were not working.
I have been back and forward for days to be told the transformer hasn’t been installed, In my correspondence I have clearly stated I had and electrician complete the Job and happy to supply a report.
The customer service I have received has been poor and will not be buying from this supplier in the future.
I have installed a normal switch on the lights and they work perfectly.
If you have no WiFi, don't buy this. No idea why the remote is supplied if it can't operate it.
