Good customer service
I purchased what were advertised as Golf Pride grips. On receipt the grips were counterfeit. I immediately requested a return and once accepted i was told the return postage was at my cost even though the goods were fake. I paid special delivery as i had no trust in the seller for obvious reasons.
I ultimately lost £9.45 on the purchase plus several weeks waiting on the items in the first place. I submitted my complaint to onbuy and although advised I'd have a reply within 48hrs I've never received a response.
AVOID THIS SITE!!!
