Περίληψη
- Compact Step-Up Solution: Comparable in size to a TO-220 linear regulator, this module provides regulated step-up functionality. It accepts a 3V-5V DC input and outputs a stable 5V DC voltage, supporting a maximum continuous current of 100mA.
- Charge Pump Architecture: Utilizes a charge pump topology, eliminating the need for an inductor. It operates by doubling the input voltage and then regulating it to 5V.
- Switching Control: Features an enable pin (EN); pulling this pin low disables the output, allowing for low-power standby operation.
- Ultra-Compact and Easy to Integrate: The module is highly compact, occupying minimal circuit board space. Pins (IN, GND, OUT, and EN) are clearly labeled on the board.
- Built-in Protection: The chip integrates over-temperature protection to enhance operational reliability.
