Codeage Teen Athlete Multivitamin+ is formulated for active teens aged 15 and up, offering a blend of essential vitamins, minerals, and ingredients such as creatine, taurine, and electrolytes. It includes nutrients commonly used to support the needs of young athletes, including vitamin C, D3, B6, folate, B12, magnesium, and iron. 

Suggested Use

Ages 15 and up, take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Use only under adult supervision.
