Each chestnut undergoes rigorous selection for ideal size and perfect shape, then is carefully treated with water vapor to remove the inner skin without damage. They are slowly immersed in sugar syrup and finished with a thin, crunchy vanilla-scented glaze. This elegant confection represents 240 hours of patience and dedication, delivering an authentic and refined delicacy.
