Claims from the seller when I requested help focused on falsehoods citing a change in packaging by the manufacturer but it’s a completely different product. They refused to believe me when I informed them that Eau Sauvage is not Sauvage and tried to dismiss it when I disputed the issue again.
When I complained for the third time and requested they offer a full refund in exchange for returning the product, they informed me that they would refund me but I had to return it at my expense. Their mistake shouldn’t cost a buyer money, hence the appropriate review and feedback.
Customer service scores a big fat zero as does their listing accuracy.
