Had one of these for a few years and it worked fine but eventually started leaking. Trouble is you need long star shaped screwdrivers to take it apart to find out what went wrong
- I ended up ordering a new one which never arived but at least I got a refund. I'll try fixing the old one again.

Great product, easy to fit, really long hose, works as expected.
Hose doesn't contract whilst in use, thick outer material, looks unlikely to cut/tear easily

Not as easy to reel in as suggested but looks neat and seems quite robust. Much better than a coil of hose pipe around the water outlet!

Nice piece of kit. You can see it's esign been developed over a long period of time. As a retired firefighter I've used a few hosereels. This one does a great job, is easy to use and robust! Noce piece of kit.

I have had two of these hoses in the past and each time the spring in the winding mechanism broke. Apart from that the hose is good. Hence the 4 stars, and I’m hoping this is third time lucky and that this weakness has been rectified.

Everything about this hose real is excellent, easy to pull out and definitely very easy wind in. It also feels very solid. This replaces the same model that lasted 17 years.

This was a replacement for one we have had for many years that was accidentally damaged. It's brilliant, really easy to wind and unwind the hose which never gets tangled. The only thing I would say is that the photo is of the old model (like we had before) whereas the new one is grey and yellow, which shows up a bit more in the garden
