Whey protein is a quick-digesting form of protein often called "The King of Protein" because of its rapid digestion rate and robust amino acid profile. Whey protein contains all 20 amino acids, including all 9 essential amino acids, making it the optimal choice for anyone looking to boost muscle growth, recovery, and performance.

Grass fed whey protein is naturally higher in omega-3 fatty acids that traditionally produced whey protein. It also contains less saturated fats and additives. The distinct nutritional profile of grass fed whey protein means that it could potentially lead to:

• Improved Body Composition
• Increased Brain Function
• Reduced Inflammation
