The PSF Sensor Kit Proportional Sync Feedback For MMU is a high-precision upgrade designed to provide accurate filament position detection and reliable synchronization for Multi Material Units (MMU) 3D printers. SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY: It is structurally compatible with Multi-Material Upgrade setups running for Prusa MK3S+, MK4, MK4S, Core One, and XL 3D printers.
Proportional Sync Feedback: The sensor delivers proportional signal feedback, enabling the MMU to monitor filament movement precisely and react in real to loading, unloading, and jams.
Optimized For MMU Systems: Specially developed for MMU configurations, this PSF MMU sensor kit greatly enhances multi-material and multi-color printing reliability.

CONTINUOUS ANALOG CLOSED-LOOP FEEDBACK: Unlike standard micro- sensors that only detect "/off" trigger points, this Hall linear sensor outputs continuous ADC analog values. It monitors the real- tension, compression, and neutral balance of the filament, feeding continuous position data back to the Happy-Hare firmware for dynamic adjustments.
ELIMINATE EXTRUSION DRIFT & SLIPPAGE: During long, continuous multi-color prints without tool changes, stepper motors can experience synchronization drift due to spool inertia, Bowden tube friction, or high-flow extrusion. This sensor allows the firmware to automatically correct stepper distance, maintaining filament tension balance and preventing under-extrusion or filament grinding.
