Sadly the item took far too long to arrive and the instruction manual isn’t the best, other than that ok.

Had the audacity to reduce their partial refund option to me, rather than actually address the problem with a full refund or return option. Still unresolved at the time of writing this review.

A day after placing my order I tried to cancel the order because I read in the reviews that these are fake samsungs. They answered, which was nice in itself but unfortunately I didn't like the answer, that they were unable to cancel my order even though my order wasn't due to arrive for another ten days. My request did make my order arrive a lot faster, but as suspected they are fake.

Hat alles bestens geklappt. Voll zufrieden.
