Δεν μου άρεσε που έγραφε Gillette στην εικόνα ενώ δεν ήταν και περίμενα παραπάνω από το αναμενόμενο για τη παράδοση, αλλά εκεί μπορεί να φταιει και το courier, εξου και η βαθμολογία.

Counterfeit Product and Fraudulent Merchantserious complaint regarding my recent order for Gillette Mach3 blades (Order #[Insertwhich took three weeks to arrive, only to turn out to be a 100% fake, counterfeit product.This is not a matter of a minor product variation or a subjective customer preference. The item I received is a cheap, dangerous, and completely unusable imitation. It is entirely unfit for its purpose and is nothing more than garbage.Allowing merchants to use your platform to openly traffic counterfeit personal care goods and scam paying customers is completely unacceptable. As the platform hosting this transaction, OnBuy has a legal and ethical responsibility to protect consumers from fraudulent sellers and illegal goods.​A Full and Immediate Refund: I expect a 100% refund of the total purchase price credited back to my original payment method without delay.
​Investigation of the Seller: This merchant is engaging in explicit fraud and theft. Their account should be investigated and suspended immediately to protect other consumers.note that because this item is a confirmed counterfeit and a safety hazard, I will not be paying to return it to a fraudulent seller.
​I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. If a full refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to escalate this dispute through my payment provider/credit card company as a fraudulent transaction, and report this merchant to relevant consumer protection and counterfeit trade authorities.
