Dear Seller,
I purchased a camera on 9 August 2026, and the delivery was scheduled to take place between 19-21 August. However, for some reason, your courier company left the package at an incorrect delivery point. Due to my time constraints, I was unable to pick up the package from there, so I sent a message to the courier via WhatsApp to provide my correct delivery address again. Unfortunately, the courier company did not respond to my messages, and I do not accept this treatment.
Please cancel this order and refund the payment to my card using the same payment method within 5 days.
Thank you.

Bien que l'achat de cet article ait eu pour moi un caractère d'urgence, Il m'a été livré après le délai prévu mais je mets ce retard sur le compte des vacances d'été, ce qui est tout excusable !
