4S 6A Lithium Battery Activity Balance Plate Description

Suitable for ternary lithium, lithium iron phosphate, lithium titanate and other batteries.
Hybrid balancing, simplifying the complex, no need to detect the voltage difference between batteries, directly transfer energy between adjacent capacitors, and then perform high-frequency equivalent parallel connection.
The single-chip microcomputer main control is matched with a low-resistance MOS tube to provide excellent low-power performance and high-efficiency and high-precision balancing effect. The balancing accuracy can reach 0.005V-0.01V for long-term use, and the circuit power consumption is lower.
The working power consumption is about 1.5-2.5mA. When the battery cell voltage is lower than 2.5V, it can be automatically shut down, or manually shut down by the switch.
The maximum balancing current is about 6A. The greater the voltage difference, the greater the current. When the voltage difference is 1V, it is about 6A; 0.5V is about 3A; 0.2V is about 1.2A (the above parameters are 4S power lithium batteries, combined with 10CM 0.75mm² wires, and the voltage acquisition measurement point is the onboard plug).

The combination is expandable, and the appropriate module combination can be according to the battery series connection method. The module can be reduced or expanded for use, or it can be reduced or cascaded for expansion. Please refer to the schematic diagram for specific connection methods.
