BCuP-2 phosphor copper welding rod composition: Phosphor (P): 7%, Copper (Cu): the remainder. Phosphorus copper electrode welding copper pipe without flux, phosphorus is a reducing agent, can reduce cuprous oxide, phosphorus oxide floating on the sur-face of the weld, phosphorus copper electrode fluidity is good, with self-brazing. Flux must be added when copper and iron pipes are welded.
710-810, low melting point, good fluidity, low cost, strong caulking.
