They sent me the non-wireless version of the headset, and the box was badly beaten up and clearly had been opened before.
When I complained they just said the right item was out of stock and sent me a returns label. At the very least they were quick to reply and send a label, but I'd ideally have preferred the correct item in the first place.
Don't recommend.
