The heating block has been upgraded with chrome-zirconium-copper-nickel electroplating and offers high temperature resistance of 500 degrees Celsius during printing, as well as fast thermal conductivity (NOTE: This hotend is not suitable for the X1 series, as the ceramic heaters and thermistors for this series are different from those of the P1 series). Smooth: The inner wall roughness of the neck tube and the nozzle is Ra 0.4, and the inner wall of the neck tube and nozzle is smooth, which reduces clogging and improves print quality. Superior material: This nozzle is made of hardened aluminum; the maximum temperature can reach 500C. A hardness above HRC60 reduces wear on the inside and outside of the nozzle during long-term printing, thus achieving high-quality prints. Titanium alloy upgrades: The heating block is connected to the cooler via two gold alloy screws to prevent neck bending and breakage during high-speed printing. Upgraded nozzle structure: The heating block and nozzle are threaded, and the nozzle makes contact with the lower stage of the throat to securely solve the problem of it falling off and reduce the possibility of material leakage.
