Type-C port: power supply port + ADBO
UART serial port: connect USB to TTL module for serial port debugging (pins 2-4-6-8 correspond to: 5V-GND-TX-RX)

maskrom button: by default, SDNAND starts before TF card. Pressing the maskrom button can ignore NAND flash memory when ROCK PiS starts (need to prepare Flash and Q15 transistors for use, see schematic diagram 5_TF_USB for details)
