The CMOS charge pump voltage converter converts the positive voltage in the range of 1.5 to 5.5V into the corresponding negative voltage. LM2662 uses two small capacitors to provide an output current of 200mA, eliminating the associated cost of inductor-based converters. LM2662 can also be used as a positive voltage multiplier. By adding an external capacitor to the Os pin, the frequency of the oscillator can be reduced. In addition, the external clock of OSC can also be used to drive LM2662. For M2662, the frequency control (FC) pin selects the oscillator frequency of 20KHz or 150KHz.
