Pulp Riot High Speed Toner 3oz- Ash Description
Best for cancelling any unwanted warmth in the hair and creating beautiful ash blondes. Tones the hair in just 5 minutes and provides a conditioning shine increases elasticity restores moisture and helps protect the hair from environmental damage. Vegan and cruelty-free. Directions: In a non-metallic bowl mix toner to developer in 1:2 ratio using 6 or 10 volume developer. Apply mixture to damp or dry hair. Results are achieved in 5 minutes or less. For deeper pigment deposit leave mixture in hair for up to 15 minutes. To minimize color deposit change the toner to developer ratio to 1:3 or 1:4. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
